"Cash Flow Finance" LLC was established in 2017 with a clear vision to contribute to the development of the fintech sector.

In line with this vision, the company began developing the Tugrug app in November 2021, aiming to provide fast and convenient financial services to its clients. The app was officially launched in August 2022 and has been continuously improved and developed over the past three years to meet users’ evolving needs.
